The Barzilai Firm may suspend the operation of the website, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently; cease marketing the services and/or products on the website, all or some of them, or to reduce and/or restrict them, all without prior notice and without affecting existing transactions.

21. Without derogating from the foregoing, Barazli Firm may prevent the use of the site, by a user, a registered user, or the general public in any case where:

You acknowledge that, pursuant to the Law Regulating Investment Advisory Services, Investment Marketing, and Investment Portfolio Management, 5755 – 1995, only those who are certified in accordance with the law and licensed by the Israel Securities Authority are authorized to provide investment advice.

30. You agree to indemnify the Barzily Firm and/or anyone acting on its behalf for any damage, expense, loss, payment, and/or loss of profits incurred by them, including attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, as a result of a breach of these Terms of Use by you and/or anyone acting on your behalf.
