CPA Yoram Meshulam is a partner and manager of the Tel Aviv branch of Barazli CPA firm.
The branch provides services to the firm's clients throughout the country. Yoram joined Barzily Accounting Firm in 1974. Yoram is a certified mediator, a member of the mediator pool of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Yoram has also acquired knowledge in graphology and investigations as a private investigator.
During his years of work, Yoram has accumulated extensive experience in managing audit teams and providing comprehensive accounting services to the firm's clients. In addition to providing accounting and auditing services, Yoram advises his clients with personal knowledge of the organization's complete data and characteristics. For most of his clients, Yoram is the first point of contact for consultation on issues on the agenda. Yoram brings with him extensive experience in accounting and financial fields, which he accumulated during his years at the firm. As part of managing his clients” audit portfolios, Yoram participated in public and private offerings and served as part of the clients' think tanks regarding their risk analyses, adoption of accounting policies, and appropriate control tools, accompanying their business and tax planning, and the like.
In his work, Yoram engages in auditing local authorities (from 1974 to the present) in aspects related to proper administration and accounting. Yoram also advised on the construction of management financial reporting systems, budgetary control, tax advice for public institutions (including payroll deductions and indirect taxes), accounting and management advice for public institutions, and more.
