Rivka specializes in conducting audits in accordance with stringent PCAOB standards and accompanies companies traded on global stock exchanges, including NASDAQ, NYSE, and AIM, with an emphasis on the high-tech, research and development, and biotech sectors. Her experience includes in-depth familiarity with various SEC filings—such as 20-F, 10-K, S-1/F-1, and 6-K—ongoing work with foreign accountants and attorneys, auditing components within multinational groups, and guiding prospectuses, capital raises, initial public offerings (IPOs), dual listings, and reverse mergers with shell companies.
As part of her role, Rivka is responsible for managing audit teams and implementing the working methodologies and quality control procedures required for audits under PCAOB standards, alongside internal training and team development within the firm. She played a key role in the firm's preparation for and successful compliance with the recent PCAOB inspection.
