Founder of the firm

Michael Barzily, a Holocaust survivor, immigrated to Israel alone at the age of 16.

During his studies, he joined an accounting firm in Jerusalem and advanced to the position of partner. In 1967, he established the firm, which over time became a member firm of MSI, an organization of international accounting firms.

CPA Michael Barzily possesses extensive and in-depth knowledge and experience in taxation, accounting, and auditing. He handles intergenerational integration based on his substantial experience. Over the years, he has participated in building and accompanying complex accounting and financial systems and has been involved in companies” capital raising processes. Additionally, CPA Barzily has served as a member of various public committees as an expert in accounting, auditing, taxation, and more.

Michael Barzily managed special audits on behalf of various government ministries and investigations on behalf of the Registrar of Non-Profit Organizations and others.
