CPA Gilad Barzily serves as the firm's CEO and head of the real estate department at the firm.
Gilad holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Gilad was licensed as a real estate appraiser in 1996 and as a certified public accountant in 1998.
Gilad Tzemach's professional experience includes guiding public and private companies across various industries, non-profits and associations, appraisal work, and special projects combining accounting and real estate backgrounds.
In his roles at the firm, Gilad is responsible for audit portfolios, serves as an internal auditor for several organizations and government bodies, and leads projects in economics, finance, and real estate, as well as investigative audits.
Gilad's training as a real estate appraiser, economist, and accountant enables him to deeply understand his clients' agendas, define their needs together with them, and analyze the implications of their activities from economic, appraisal, taxation, and accounting perspectives. The firm's clients consult with Gilad on various matters on their agenda. Gilad completed his specialization in real estate appraisal with the Government Appraiser at the Ministry of Justice, where he prepared real estate appraisals for all the Government Appraiser's appraisal consumers: the Israel Land Authority, the Custodian General, Amidar, the Ministry of Finance, and others.
After completing his internship, Galad moved to the private sector, where he was involved, among other things, in various types of land appraisals for tender preparation, for calculating payments to the Israel Land Authority, calculating betterment levies for local authorities, physical division of real estate assets in joint ownership while calculating equalization payments if required, and more. Galad has particular expertise in appraising assets that constitute a “going concern.” These appraisals reflect Galad's combined education in the fields of appraisal, accounting, taxation, and economics. Member of the committee of experts for determining postal prices. Advisor to the government steering committee for earthquake preparedness (inter-ministerial committee). Member of the accounting standardization committee of the Chamber of Real Estate Appraisers in Israel (R.A.).
Education: B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Real estate appraisal studies at the College of Management Academic Studies in Jerusalem.
