The High-Salary Track, in accordance with CEO Instruction 4.18, is intended for companies seeking to establish, expand, or relocate high-salary enterprises to national priority areas and Jerusalem, through grants for hiring additional employees with high employment costs.
The Acceleration and Growth Track, in accordance with Director General’s Directive 4.85, allows companies to qualify for a grant equal to 30% of the salary costs of new employees for a period of 21 months, subject to meeting the track’s eligibility criteria, including field of activity, revenue, number of new employees, payroll costs, and employee location.
The program for attracting manufacturing plants to the north, in accordance with Director General’s Directive 4.87, allows for the assessment of eligibility for a grant at a rate of 30% from the approved investment plan, including equipment, machinery, and construction, for industrial plants that meet the program’s conditions.
In addition, a dedicated program for the employment of Druze and Circassian workers has been opened for applications, in accordance with Director General’s Directive 4.81. The program is intended for employers who hire new employees from the Druze and Circassian communities in the Galilee and the Carmel, and from the Druze population in the Golan Heights, and includes the option to receive wage-sharing grants for a period of 24 months.
