CPA Yaakov (Jackie) Mandelkorn

CPA Yaakov Jackie Mandelkorn is a partner and head of the Professional Department at Barzilai & Co. He is a certified public accountant, holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics and Accounting, and has over 40 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. Jackie possesses extensive knowledge of Israeli, international, and American accounting principles and standards, along with in-depth professional analytical skills. He serves as a member of the Committee on Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting and is active in its subcommittees, as well as a member of the liaison committee between the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and the Israel Securities Authority.

In his role as Head of the Professional Department, Jackie writes professional material for the firm, is responsible for handling prospectuses for clients whose shares have been listed for trading, and manages audits of public and private companies with complex organizational or operational structures. Jackie has extensive experience in conducting due diligence and special and investigative audits. He previously worked in the Professional Department of the Income Tax Commissioner's office, and his professional experience is of great assistance to the firm's clients in the real estate, technology, industry, hotel, seaports, hospitals, biotech, and other sectors.
